The main purpose of this project is to test the expression changes between WT and two mutation clones of R505/506/507 of JMJD2A in DU145 cells and its main consequences on the these genes.本项目的核心目的为检测DU145细胞中野生型（Wild Type）JMJD2A与该基因R505/506/507位点的两种突变克隆之间的表达差异，并探究该差异对相关基因的主要调控效应。
