Integrated microbiota and metabolite profiles identified functional signatures in Crohn's disease with a link to sulfur metabolism

The project involves an integrative multi-omics analysis of 30 Crohn's disease patients after autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), with stool samples longitudinally collected over 5 years. The metagenome data here represents the gut microbiome from the selected samples from the cohort and ther corresponding humanised mouse models.

本项目针对30例接受自体造血干细胞移植（autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, HSCT）后的克罗恩病（Crohn's disease）患者开展整合多组学分析，其粪便样本在5年周期内完成纵向采集。本次提供的宏基因组数据（metagenome data），对应本研究队列筛选出的样本以及相应人源化小鼠模型（humanised mouse models）的肠道微生物组信息。
