The young rice panicles were divided into upper, middle and lower parts, and only take the upper and lower parts. And sampling time was 6 days after the reciprocal 1.5 leaves high temperature treatment.

将水稻幼穗分为上、中、下三部分，仅选取其上段与下段。采样时间为倒1.5叶期高温处理后的第6天。
