ECHAM6 verification without top 10 layers synchronization

Verification of ECHAM6 nudging module when ECHAM6 has synchronized to its own outputs.

ECHAM6 与自身输出同步场景下的 ECHAM6 张弛逼近（nudging）模块验证

文件及说明：

ndg_197102.nc
将ECHAM6的GRIB输出转换为netCDF格式，作为ECHAM6张弛逼近（nudging）模块的参考数据。

diff_t_197102_gp_rmse.nc
包含所有层次、所有输出时刻（每6小时一次）的空间均方根误差（RMSE, Root Mean Square Error），为ECHAM6输出文件（echam6_nudging_grb_T63_197102.01_echam）与参考数据（ndg_197102.nc）之间的均方根误差结果。

namelist.echam
该文件为运行ECHAM6张弛逼近试验所用的namelist配置文件，其中张弛逼近仅作用于第11至47层。
