Metagenome of the anaerobic digested sludge before and after long-term oxytetracycline exposure was revealed by high throughput illumina sequenceing. And, the mobilome of the anaerobic digested sludge before antibiotic exposure was compared with that after exposure.本研究通过高通量Illumina测序，揭示了长期土霉素暴露前后厌氧消化污泥的宏基因组（Metagenome）特征。同时，对比了抗生素暴露前后该厌氧消化污泥的移动元件组（mobilome）。
