The dataset was generated from a cell-based, high-throughput chemical screen. Triplicate wells of human U2OS cells were treated with compounds from the International Drug Collection at a concentration of 1 uM or 10 uM. Substances contained in all the wells, including blanks, are listed in the Excel file along with the effect of the drug/DMSO control on circadian period. The change in circadian period compared to the DMSO control is plotted in the graphs. Drugs that killed the cells were not included in the final figure of the paper. Another file containing the screening of FDA-approved compounds has been uploaded separately.
本数据集基于细胞高通量化学筛选实验构建。实验采用人类U2OS细胞设置三个重复孔,使用国际药物集合(International Drug Collection)中的化合物进行处理,化合物浓度分别为1 μM或10 μM。所有孔内的受试物质(包括空白对照组)均已录入Excel文件,同时附带药物/二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对照对细胞昼夜节律周期的影响数据。相较于DMSO对照的昼夜节律周期变化已绘制于相关图表中。对细胞具有杀伤作用的药物未被纳入论文的最终插图。另有一份包含经美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准化合物筛选结果的文件已单独上传。
