Atmospheric nitrogen (N) deposition usually alters the ratio of resources to stress in local environments and has important impacts on soil microbiomes. The adaptability of microbiomes to resources and stress can be highly reflected by high yield (Y)-resource acquisition (A)-stress tolerance (S) life history strategies, which successfully link microbial processes with environmental changes but still lack comprehensive analysis under the N deposition scenario. In this study, we analyze the variation of bacterial taxa, bacterial functional potential, and microbial traits under different N levels of ammonium nitrate (AN) and urea (AU) addition at a temperate grassland in Inner Mongolia. This dataset contained 96 metagenomic data, 96 16S rRNA gene amplicon data, and 96 ITS rRNA gene amplicon data.

大气氮(N)沉降通常会改变局域环境中资源与胁迫的比值,进而对土壤微生物群落产生重要影响。微生物群落对资源与胁迫的适应性,可通过高产(Y)-资源获取(A)-胁迫耐受(S)的生活史策略得到充分体现,该策略成功将微生物过程与环境变化关联起来,但在氮沉降场景下仍缺乏全面的分析。本研究以内蒙古温带草原为研究对象,分析了添加不同梯度氮素(硝酸铵(AN)与尿素(AU))时,细菌类群、细菌功能潜力以及微生物性状的变化情况。本数据集包含96份宏基因组数据、96份16S rRNA基因扩增子数据以及96份ITS rRNA基因扩增子数据。
