该数据资源为安徽省气象局在履行气象数据采集分析职责、提供安徽区域11km×11km格点空间内每10分钟、30分钟和60分钟的落雷次数，用于赋能各行各业防灾减灾，趋利避害，降本增利，提质增效。
This dataset is provided by the Anhui Meteorological Bureau, which fulfills its statutory responsibilities for meteorological data collection and analysis. It provides lightning strike count data within 11km×11km grid cells across Anhui Province, with records taken at 10-minute, 30-minute, and 60-minute intervals. This data resource aims to empower various industries in disaster prevention and mitigation, enabling them to avoid harm and seek benefits, reduce costs and increase profits, as well as enhance quality and improve efficiency.
