FORMS, METHODS AND TECHNOLOGIES OF DEVELOPING ACMEOLOGY ABILITIES OF PEDAGOGES IN THE PROCESS OF COGNITIVE EDUCATION

This article analyzes the forms, methods and technologies of developing acmeological abilities of teachers in the process of cognitive education. The article scientifically covers the factors affecting the professional and personal development of teachers, innovative pedagogical technologies, interactive and active teaching methods, as well as effective facilitation and coaching mechanisms. It also analyzes the possibilities of maximum development of teachers' professional potential and effective participation in the cognitive education process through the acmeological approach.
