Humidity Testing

The sensor's results demonstrate its functionality over moisture measurement where capacitance changes from a minimum of 4.86 pF at 40% RH to a maximum of 4.25μF at 90% RH (Supplementary Figure 7a). A detailed desciption of the procedure of the humidity testing is provided in the Supplementary Figure 6.
