VPRS 3187 Report on Melbourne Metropolitan Planning Scheme 1954

This series contains reports by the Town and Country Planning Board on Melbourne Metropolitan Planning Scheme, 1954.The first version of the Melbourne Metropolitan Planning Scheme (1954) was prepared by the Melbourne and Metrolopitan Board of Works (MMBW). The MMBW approved the scheme in 1958 but it was not until 1968 that the Minister for Local Government gazetted it as a legally enforceable document.
