Thermal-induced Spinal Cord Injury

Gene expression profiling was performed in 8-week-old mice subjected to thermal-induced spinal cord injury at the T10 level. Spinal cord tissues were collected at 1, 3, 7, and 14 days post-injury and analyzed using RNA sequencing.

以8周龄小鼠为研究对象，对其实施T10节段热诱导脊髓损伤，随后开展基因表达谱分析。分别于损伤后1、3、7及14天采集脊髓组织，采用RNA测序（RNA sequencing）技术进行检测分析。
