本数据集针对苏木精-伊红(hematoxylin-eosin,H&E)染色切片上的人类TF分数,采用单变量及多变量Cox回归方法开展生存分析。其中,OS为总生存期(overall survival);RFS为无复发生存期(relapse-free survival);CI为95%置信区间(95% confidence interval);TF(低/高组)指以中位数为分界点进行二分类的TF分数(分类变量);TF(连续型)指以连续变量形式呈现的TF分数。
