A bacterium with high manganese oxidizing activity was isolated from a deep-sea sediment of east Pacific Nodule Province and named as AntiMn-1. 从东太平洋结核矿区的深海沉积物中分离得到一株具有高锰氧化活性的细菌，将其命名为AntiMn-1。基于该菌株的表型特征及16S核糖体DNA（16S rDNA）序列分析，菌株AntiMn-1隶属于嗜冷杆菌属（Psychrobacter）。本研究报道了嗜冷杆菌属（Psychrobacter sp.）菌株AntiMn-1的全基因组序列。
