Acupuncture promotes follicular development by regulating Rho/ROCK and Hippo pathways in POI mice

In this study, we used CTX to construct a mouse model of POI, and selected Guanyuan (CV 4), bilateral Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) acupoints to explore the molecular biological mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of POI, so as to provide scientific evidence for the clinical application of acupuncture.

本研究采用环磷酰胺（CTX）构建卵巢早衰（POI）小鼠模型，选取关元穴（CV 4）、双侧足三里穴（ST 36）及三阴交穴（SP 6），探究针灸治疗卵巢早衰的分子生物学机制，以期为针灸的临床应用提供科学依据。
