Recently qualified transcripts

Recently qualified participant responses to interviews. Participants were asked to rate the importance of putative metacompetencies and competencies in 4 different clinically complex hypothetical scenarios. Participants also verball recorded how they would respond to each scenario. These recordings have been sent to the supervisors本数据集收录新近取得从业资质的受访者的面试应答资料。受访者需针对4种不同的临床复杂假想场景，对推定的元能力（metacompetencies）与执业核心能力的重要性进行评分。同时，受访者还需口头录制针对各场景的应对方案，上述录音已提交至项目督导人员。
