测定了广东省多个污水处理厂各工段中微塑料和PPCPs的浓度,进水中聚乙烯,聚丙烯和聚氨酯三种微塑料占80%以上,含量最高的PPCPs是咖啡因高达100 μg/L以上。生物处理和二沉池及消毒处理能有效去除绝大部分的微塑料和PPCPs。
This study measured the concentrations of microplastics and pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) in each treatment stage of multiple wastewater treatment plants across Guangdong Province. Three types of microplastics, namely polyethylene, polypropylene and polyurethane, accounted for over 80% of the total microplastic abundance in the influent. The most abundant PPCP was caffeine, with its concentration exceeding 100 μg/L. Biological treatment, secondary sedimentation and disinfection processes can effectively remove the vast majority of microplastics and PPCPs.
