To investigate whether the observed changes in pre-mRNA splicing led to AtCYP18-1 depletion, we conducted RNA-sequencing to analyse the quantitative profiling of alternative splicing Overall design: RNA was immediately extracted from atcyp18-1 and WT seeds and treated with or without heat stress for 2 h at 1 day after imbibition.
