Coral reef community structure on shallow reefs of St. John, US Virgin Islands, 1992-2014. Benthic coral reef communities were monitored on the south shore of St. John. In 1992, six sites were selected using random coordinates constrained to hard bottom on fringing reefs (< 9-m depth) between Cabritte Horn and White Point, and were permanently marked.
