This dataset originates from the Youth Project of the National Key R&D Program of China, with the project name "Integrated Technology and Tools for Full-scale Modeling-Analysis-Optimization of Complex Curved Components Driven by Geometry" and project number "2021YFB1714600". Project Overview: Curved components in key equipment fields such as aviation, aerospace and navigation have widespread design requirements of ultra-light weight, high load-bearing capacity and low vibration. However, current design methods face problems including complex description of complex curved surfaces, insufficient analysis accuracy and disjointed design processes. This project targets the urgent demand for design methods and tools in equipment R&D, tackles bottleneck technologies, develops fully independent integrated technology and software for full-scale modeling-analysis-optimization of complex curved components, completes application verification of design and manufacturing for typical curved components, fills the domestic gap, and promotes leapfrog development of complex curved component design technology. This dataset is developed for Task 4 of this project, which focuses on integrated optimal design and application verification of curved skin components for the tail section of launch vehicle boosters. Dataset Content: Corresponding to Indicators 4.1 to 4.5, the dataset includes: 1. Scientific and technological research report on digital models of curved skin components for the tail section of launch vehicle boosters; 2. Digital models of curved skin components for the tail section of launch vehicle boosters; 3. Scientific and technological research report on scaled prototypes of curved skin components for the tail section of launch vehicle boosters; 4. Weight index test report of curved skin components for the tail section of launch vehicle boosters; 5. Performance index test report of curved skin components for the tail section of launch vehicle boosters; 6. Additive manufacturing process specification for scaled prototypes of the tail section of launch vehicle boosters; 7. Numerical simulation data of the tail section of launch vehicle boosters; 8. 2 pending patent applications.
