Transcriptomes comparisons of Dhh KO, Ihh KO and Dhh/Ihh DKO ovaries

本基因芯片分析（microarray analysis）的研究目的在于明确Dhh与Ihh在卵巢功能中所发挥的冗余性与独特性生物学作用。本实验选取2月龄雌性小鼠的成年卵巢作为实验样本开展基因芯片分析，各组样本量如下：Dhh/Ihh双杂合（Dhet）/对照组（Control）n=8、Dhh敲除（KO）组n=4、Ihh敲除（KO）组n=4、Dhh/Ihh双敲除（DKO）组n=3。
