Microarray expression data of the renal cortex of mice without or with myoglobinuric acute kidney injury, and without or with renal tubular epithelial cell-specific deficiency of the glucocorticoid receptor RNA was extracted from the renal cortex of healthy mice and of mice 24 hours after induction of myoglobinuric acute kidney injury (intramuscular injection of glycerol). Mice with tubular epithelial cell-specific deficiency of the glucocorticoid receptor (genotype Pax8-Cre;nr3c1 flox/flox) were compared to controls (genotype nr3c1 flox/flox).
