Identify upregulated genes in platelets from patients with brain tumors. Overall design: Platelets from 12 healty controls vs. 8 glioma patients where isolated from whole blood collected in purple-cap BD vacutainers containing EDTA as anti-cogulant.鉴定脑肿瘤患者血小板中的上调基因。实验设计概述：本研究纳入12名健康对照者与8名胶质瘤患者，采集其全血时采用含乙二胺四乙酸（EDTA）作为抗凝剂的紫色帽碧迪（BD）真空采血管，随后从全血中分离得到血小板。
