An ultra-high density accurate linkage map for a set of maize RILs was constructed using a GBS strategy. This map will facilitate identification of genes and exploration of QTL for complex architecture in maize. It will also be helpful for further research into the mechanisms that control complex architecture while also providing a basis for marker-assisted selection we employed a genotyping-by-sequencing strategy to construct an ultra-high-resolution linkage map for 275 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from a high-PC female Ji846 and low-PC male Ye3189.

本研究采用测序分型(Genotyping-by-Sequencing, GBS)策略,针对由高蛋白(Protein Content, PC)雌性亲本吉846与低蛋白(Protein Content, PC)雄性亲本Ye3189杂交衍生的275个重组自交系(Recombinant Inbred Lines, RILs),构建了超高密度精准连锁图谱。该图谱可助力玉米复杂株型相关基因的鉴定与数量性状位点(Quantitative Trait Locus, QTL)的挖掘,既能为解析玉米复杂株型的调控机制提供研究基础,也可为标记辅助选择提供有力支撑。
