Silver(I) and Copper(I) Cocatalyzed Tandem Reaction of 2‑Alkynylbenzaldoximes with Aldehydes or Alcohols: Approach to 4‑Carboxylated Isoquinolines

A novel and efficient route for the preparation of 4-carboxylated isoquinolines via a Ag­(I) and Cu­(I) cocatalyzed tandem reaction of 2-alkynylbenzaldoximes with aldehydes or alcohols in moderate to good yields is described. The reaction proceeds smoothly to produce C–N and C–O bonds in a one-pot procedure with structural complexity and molecular diversity.本研究报道了一条新颖高效的合成路线，可通过银(I)与铜(I)共催化的2-炔基苯甲醛肟（2-alkynylbenzaldoximes）与醛或醇的串联反应，以中等至优异的收率制备4-羧基取代异喹啉（4-carboxylated isoquinolines）。该反应可通过一锅法顺利构建C-N键与C-O键，所得产物兼具结构复杂性与分子多样性。
