本数据集旨在对比经48小时不同处理后的翼状胬肉成纤维细胞（pterygium fibroblast cells）的基因表达水平：实验组使用21纳摩尔混合小干扰RNA（pooled siRNA，购自安百诺（Ambion）、生命科技公司（Life Technologies））靶向敲低长链基因间非编码RNA 9432（linc-9432）的表达，对照组则加入非特异性对照寡核苷酸，两组处理均施加于体外培养的成纤维细胞，处理时长均为48小时。
