Additional file 16. AUC values from the single cell RNAseq (Related to the Figs. 5 and 6). The differentially expressed genes from the clusters of TS13-64 were obtained from Seurat algorithm. Regardless of the resolution parameters (or the number of clusters), the driver-gene enriched cluster was always marked with the glioma related long noncoding RNAs [59].
