Mucin 13 Microbiome Changes

The goal of this project is to identify microbiome changes after mucin 13 deletion in mouse fecal samples before and after 1 week of unpredictable chronic mild stress exposure本项目旨在探究粘蛋白13（mucin 13）缺失小鼠在接受1周不可预知慢性轻度应激（unpredictable chronic mild stress）暴露前后，其粪便样本中的肠道微生物组（microbiome）变化情况。
