Spatial Transcriptional Profiling of Pediatric Osteosarcoma Pulmonary Metastases

Dataset contains 9 metastatic osteosarcoma FFPE specimens that were profiled using the Visium CytAssist platform.

OS1 - Osteoblastic osteosarcoma, lung parenchyma

OS2- Osteoblastic osteosarcoma, lung parenchyma

OS3- Osteoblastic osteosarcoma, lung parenchyma

OS4- Osteoblastic osteosarcoma, lung parenchyma

RDS files contain Seurat objects that have been preprocessed using SpotClean to correct for spot swapping and filtered to exclude spots with both extremely low and high numbers of counts and features.  Seurat objects were normalized using SCTransform.

本数据集包含9例转移性骨肉瘤福尔马林固定石蜡包埋（Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded, FFPE）标本，均采用Visium CytAssist平台进行了空间转录组表征分析。

本数据集的RDS文件包含经预处理的Seurat对象，预处理过程采用SpotClean校正斑点交换偏差，并过滤掉计数与特征数极端偏低和偏高的斑点；随后通过SCTransform方法对Seurat对象进行标准化处理。
