样本为来源于日本国立环境研究所藻类保藏中心（NIES）的点形念珠藻（Nostoc punctiforme）NIES-2108异种培养（xenic culture）。其中存在与鞘氨醇单胞菌属（Sphingomonas）、红球菌属（Rhodococcus）、苯基杆菌属（Phenylobacterium）及无色杆菌属（Achromobacter）相关的污染菌，相关鉴定依据为16S核糖体DNA（16S rDNA）特征序列，各对应菌属的BLAST比对参数分别为：鞘氨醇单胞菌属覆盖度97%、序列一致性98%；红球菌属覆盖度95%、序列一致性99%；苯基杆菌属覆盖度97%、序列一致性99%；无色杆菌属覆盖度100%、序列一致性99%。
