Investigation on the transcriptome and intercellular communication of different cells of trigeminal nerve in trigeminal neuralgia rat by spatial transcriptome sequencing Overall design: Unilateral mechanical compression-induced TN rat model was prepared. The trigeminal root, semilunar ganglion and proximal branches from the diseased side of three individual were isolated and squeezed into the first three capture areas (trigeminal neuralgia, TN1, 2, 3), whereas the healthy side from two of three individual were put into the final capture area (healthy control, HC) of Visium Spatial Gene Expression Slide.

基于空间转录组测序(spatial transcriptome sequencing)的三叉神经痛(trigeminal neuralgia, TN)模型大鼠三叉神经不同细胞的转录组及细胞间通讯研究 整体实验设计:构建单侧机械压迫诱导的三叉神经痛大鼠模型。从3只模型大鼠的病变侧分离三叉神经根、半月神经节及近端分支,将其分别放置于Visium空间基因表达玻片(Visium Spatial Gene Expression Slide)的前三个捕获区域,标记为三叉神经痛组TN1、TN2、TN3;从3只大鼠中的2只的健侧分离对应组织,放置于该玻片的最后一个捕获区域,作为健康对照组(healthy control, HC)。
