Testing Hit Analogues against USP5 Zf-UBD with SPR Assay #1

A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) assay is used to determine binding affinities of commercial compound analogues previously selected to explore the structure activity relationship (SAR) around our primary hits against the zinc finger ubiquitin binding domain (Zf-UBD) of USP5.本研究采用表面等离子体共振（surface plasmon resonance, SPR）实验方法，测定商业化合物类似物的结合亲和力。该类商业化合物类似物系此前经筛选得到，用于探究靶向泛素特异性蛋白酶5（USP5）锌指泛素结合结构域（zinc finger ubiquitin binding domain, Zf-UBD）的本研究初始命中物的构效关系（structure activity relationship, SAR）。
