针对真实序列的三类数据集开展严格分子钟（strict clock）的两样本Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验（Two-sample KS test）；三类数据集分别为含9个分类单元的ENV、COX1数据集，以及含17个分类单元的18S核糖体DNA（18S rDNA）数据集。本次检验共采用1000棵系统发育树，得到检验统计量kU=0.192、kC=0.116。
