Didymodon rigidulus (rigid beardmoss), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Didymodon rigidulus, common name rigid beardmoss, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目收集了为硬枝胡须藓（学名：Didymodon rigidulus，通用名：rigid beardmoss）生成的基因组数据（genomic data）与转录组数据（transcriptomic data），作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，旨在助力基因组组装与注释工作。本项目所产出的数据将遵循达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策（Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）的要求进行公开共享。
