The operation Census of the Labour Market (CMT) aims, on the one hand — the supply side — to know the workforce constituted by the population over 16 years living in family homes. On the other hand, -the demand side-, aims to know the employment situation generated by economic establishments in each of the 11 employment basins defined for the Basque Country.劳动力市场普查（Census of the Labour Market, CMT）的调研目标分为两大维度：在劳动力供给侧层面，旨在全面掌握居住于家庭住宅内的16周岁及以上人口所构成的劳动力资源情况；在劳动力需求侧层面，旨在摸清为巴斯克地区划定的11个就业圈内各经济单位所创造的就业状况。
