The cohort corresponds to 67 mycosis fungoides (MF) skin tumor samples and 3 normal skin samples by whole exome sequencing (WES) from 48 patients from the hospital in Lille, France. The samples were collected between 2003 and 2017. There are 10 additional normal blood samples that were used to bioinformatically remove sequencing artifacts and for the building of the Panel of Normal. The objective of the analysis was to characterize the genetic profile of MF by identifying recurrent somatic mutations/copy numbers, mutational signatures, and clonal evolution in patients (some of whom had sequential samples).
