Supplementary materials for "AI-supported development of teachers' pedagogical competences: evidence and policy implications from a middle-income education system"

This repository contains supplementary materials for the article “AI-supported development of teachers’ pedagogical competences: evidence and policy implications from a middle-income education system”. It includes: (i) a source list with basic metadata for all documents included in the qualitative evidence base; and (ii) a short analytic note describing the thematic framework and how the three dimensions (motivation, competences, equity) were derived.本数据集仓库包含论文《AI赋能教师教学能力发展：来自中等收入教育体系的实证证据与政策启示》的补充材料，具体涵盖以下内容：(i) 定性证据库中收录的全部文献的基础元数据来源清单；(ii) 一份简短的分析说明文档，阐释本研究的主题分析框架，以及动机（motivation）、教学能力（competences）、教育公平（equity）三大维度的推导逻辑。
