In this study, we used ram as a model animal to identify the cellular immune response in testicular tissues of rams immunized with intranasal KISS1 gene vaccine.Using HiseqTM 2000 high sequencing for ram testicular, Transcriptome analysis of testicular tissues was carried out to identify the expressions of protein-coding genes involved in cellular immunity.
本研究以公羊（ram）为实验动物模型，旨在明确经鼻内接种KISS1基因疫苗的公羊睾丸组织内的细胞免疫应答情况。本研究采用HiSeqTM 2000高通量测序技术对该公羊的睾丸组织进行测序，并开展转录组分析，以鉴定参与细胞免疫过程的蛋白编码基因的表达水平。
