Genome sequence of Xenorhabdus bovienii from Steinernema feltiae isolated in FL

We isolated the bacterial symbiont of Steinernema feltiae nematodes, which were originally from FL, USA. We confirmed the bacterium as Xenorhabdus bovienii by 16S and recA sequences. We sequenced the genome using Illumina paired-end reads and assembled the reads in VELVET. The genomes were annotated by MaGe (https://www.genoscope.cns.fr/agc/microscope/home/index.php).
