Affymetrix U133 Plus 2.0 Arrays Hybridized With Varying Amounts of Starting Material. Homo sapiens

Affymetrix U133 Plus 2.0 arrays were hybridized with varying amounts of starting material to determine whether different measurements of gene expression were observed. Keywords: Affymetrix starting material study Overall design: 1 ug, 2, ug, 5, and 10 ug of Stratagene universal human reference RNA was used to setup a series of reactions which were subsequently hybridized to Affymetrix U133 Plus 2.0 arrays. 1 ug samples were performed in triplicate and the entire experiement was repeated.

为探究不同起始样本量下是否会得到不同的基因表达定量结果，本研究将不同起始量的样本与Affymetrix U133 Plus 2.0基因芯片阵列进行杂交实验。关键词：Affymetrix、起始材料、基因表达研究。整体实验设计：使用1 μg、2 μg、5 μg及10 μg的Stratagene通用人参考RNA（universal human reference RNA）配置系列反应体系，随后将各反应体系与Affymetrix U133 Plus 2.0基因芯片阵列进行杂交。其中1 μg组的样本设置了三次平行重复，且整个实验流程被重复开展。
