Aberrant gene expression analysis between peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) samples from healthy controls (HC) and patients with systemic lupus erythmatosus (SLE) were identified using Affymetrix gene arrays Overall design: Peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMCs) from healthy controls (HC) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) were isolated and total RNA was extracted for Affymetrix gene microarray analysis.

本研究采用Affymetrix基因芯片（Affymetrix gene arrays），对健康对照组（healthy controls, HC）与系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE）患者的外周血单个核细胞（peripheral blood mononuclear cells, PBMCs）样本间的异常基因表达情况进行鉴定分析。实验设计：分别分离健康对照组与系统性红斑狼疮患者的外周血单个核细胞，提取总RNA后开展Affymetrix基因微阵列（Affymetrix gene microarray）分析。
