We used microarrays to detail the global gene expression of human induced pluripotent stem cells We investigated reference gene expression in human iduced pluripotent stem cells. 10 human induced pluripotent stem cell lines (201B7, 253G1, 409B2, HiPS-RIKEN-1A, HiPS-RIKEN-2A, HiPS-RIKEN-12A, Tic, mc-iPS, ATCC-DYR0100hiPSc, ATCC-DYR0103hiPSc)
我们利用基因芯片（microarrays）解析了人类诱导多能干细胞（human induced pluripotent stem cells）的全基因表达谱，并针对其参考基因表达开展了研究。本数据集共纳入10株人类诱导多能干细胞系，分别为201B7、253G1、409B2、HiPS-RIKEN-1A、HiPS-RIKEN-2A、HiPS-RIKEN-12A、Tic、mc-iPS、ATCC-DYR0100hiPSc及ATCC-DYR0103hiPSc。
