Coral prophylactics and the microbiome

We treated two common coral restoration species with antiseptic treatments frequently used in the aquaculture trade to understand the impact of these treatments on native microbiota and evaluate the duration of washout necessary for microbiomes to recover to pre-treated states before corals are outplanted.

为探究水产养殖业常用抗菌处理对两种常见珊瑚修复物种的原生微生物群（microbiota）的影响，并评估在珊瑚野外定植前，微生物组恢复至处理前状态所需的洗脱时长，我们采用该类抗菌处理方案对这两种物种进行了处理。
