生态系统尺度的碳通量包括净生态系统交换NEP(Net ecosystem productivity)和生态系统呼吸ER(Ecosystem respiration),它们是度量生态系统光合作用碳净收入和生态系统碳释放的直接指标。该数据是基于藏北那曲开展的CO2加富实验,在2018年生长季6月至9月初测定所得。NEP和ER的测定通过利用便携式光合作用测量系统(Li-COR 6400)连接一个透明同化箱完成,分别在光照条件和遮光条件下进行。红外分析仪(Li-COR 6400)记录同化箱内CO2浓度变化,CO2气体浓度与时间的斜率用于进一步计算NEP和ER。
Ecosystem-scale carbon fluxes include Net Ecosystem Productivity (NEP) and Ecosystem Respiration (ER), which are direct indicators for measuring the net carbon income of ecosystems via photosynthesis and the carbon released by ecosystems. This dataset was obtained from a CO2 enrichment experiment conducted in Nagqu, northern Tibet, during the 2018 growing season from June to early September. NEP and ER were measured using a portable photosynthesis measurement system (Li-COR 6400) connected to a transparent assimilation chamber under illuminated and dark conditions respectively. The infrared gas analyzer (Li-COR 6400) records the variations in CO2 concentration inside the assimilation chamber, and the slope of CO2 concentration versus time is used for subsequent calculation of NEP and ER.
