microbial diversity in agricultural soil

To explore the whole environmental dispersal barriers and to study the relative impact of each influencing factor on distribution of ARGs, seven samples of agricultural soil (G1-G7) were collected from the downwind of the main chimney of a smelting factory with different distances) in Jiyuan City, Henan Province, China in 11th October, 2014.

为探明完整的环境扩散屏障，并解析各影响因子对抗生素抗性基因（Antibiotic Resistance Genes, ARGs）分布的相对影响，本研究于2014年10月11日在中国河南省济源市，于某冶炼厂主烟囱的下风向不同距离处，采集了7份农田土壤样本（编号G1至G7）。
