本实验以野生型运动发酵单胞菌（Zymomonas mobilis）ZM4菌株为材料开展RNA测序（RNA-seq），旨在评估suf操纵子（suf operon）编码的转录因子ZMO0422的缺失所产生的影响。该菌株于厌氧条件下在基本培养基中培养。
