补充文件5：表S3。银纳米颗粒（AgNP）与银离子（Ag⁺）处理细胞间的173个差异表达基因（Differentially Expressed Genes, DEGs）列表。本研究采用基于Welch t检验的单因素方差分析（ANOVA），对银纳米颗粒暴露样本与银离子暴露样本的基因表达谱进行比较，并以|折叠变化（Fold Change, FC）|≥1.5且p≤0.05为筛选条件，筛选得到上述差异表达基因。
