本研究旨在鉴定移植于人源化小鼠体内的发育中人肠道类器官（human intestinal organoids, HIOs）中的免疫细胞群，以人源化小鼠小肠作为实验内参。
结论：不同时间节点以及人类肠道类器官与人源化小鼠小肠之间，免疫细胞频率存在差异。
备注：所有飞行时间质谱流式细胞术（CyTOF）数据（上传的文件）均以人CD45阳性设门，所有残留的小鼠CD45阳性细胞均被排除。
