In the current study, five late gestation multiparous ewes were restricted to a 30% feeding level to create a model of malnutrition, while five other ewes were fed normally as controls. All ewes were sacrificed and cecal samples were collected for transcriptome sequencing to study metabolic changes. Compare the differences in transcriptome profiles between the cecal sample from CON and TR ovis aries.
本研究中,选取5只妊娠晚期经产母羊,将其饲喂水平限制为正常水平的30%以构建营养不良模型;另设置5只正常饲喂的母羊作为对照组。处死所有母羊并收集盲肠样本进行转录组测序,以探究代谢变化。对比对照组(CON)与处理组(TR)绵羊(Ovis aries)盲肠样本的转录组谱差异。
