The genomic data of Lactobacillus suantsaii CBA3634 was obtained using the PacBio and Illumina platforms. The draft genome of Lactobacillus suantsaii CBA3634 contains 2,661,801 bp with 50.49 mol% of G+C content. Detailed genomic analyses and comparative studies with other genomes of the strains belonging to the genus Lactobacillus will give further information and insight into the metabolism of Lactobacillus species.
